ADDRILL PAB is a high molecular weight polymer in powder form specially developed for Deep Foundation, Micro Piling, Horizontal Directional Drilling, Tunneling, Oil Well and Mineral Exploration Drilling. The product is used as viscosifier and borehole stabilizer. Product delivers exquisite results in loose formations. The product gives high viscosity of more than 100 seconds of Marsh Funnel flow time (viscosity). Product completely replaces use of mineral based fluid and gives high performance in low solid fluid systems.
Product should be slowly added in the water with continuous stirring to develop viscous fluid. Addition of product should be fast enough to avoid lump formation. Product reduces hydration of solids to form compact core.

• ADDRILL PAB is a cost effective polymeric fluid additive applicable to all types of drilling application which replaces mineral based fluid in economy of use and efficiency in application.
• Highly concentrated polymer. Very small quantity required to meet required viscosity.
• Stabilize water sensitive formations.
• Controls fluid loss.
• Reduces torque and pumping pressure.
• Applicable in all types of geophysical conditions.
• Soluble in fresh and saline water.
• Stable in higher pH conditions.
• Reduces transportation cost and storage space requirements.
• Pre treated make up water with soda ash to maintain pH of 8 -10. De-chlorinate water to avoid oxidation of polymer or use water which is not chlorinated.
• Required Marsh Funnel Viscosity may be achieved according to formation type.

• Use venture type mixer or add very slowly under stirring or compressed air mixing to spread polymer in water to avoid lump formation. Mix properly till it is fully dissolved. Ensure proper Marsh Funnel Viscosity before use.
• Hardness and chloride of make up water used for preparing solution of this product should be less than 150 ppm and 1500 ppm respectively.
• It advisable to go through material safety data sheet before first use of the product.

ADDRILL EA (HS) is a polymeric bonding agent imparting good adhesion and makes borehole wall impervious preventing moisture intake and fluid loss. Product is high molecular weight ter-polymer in emulsion form.

1. ADDRILL EA (SH) is a easy to apply polymeric bonding agent.
2. It may be poured into the bore whole to form a impervious layer on the wall.
3. Better shell stabilization prevents water loss through cracks and fissures.
Product may be used with or without dilution to form a layer on the bore whole wall before pouring of slurry to make the surface impervious and prevents water loss through wall.
When used after dilution with water and as a viscous fluid, it acts as excellent shale stabilizer and rheology modifier of drilling fluid. Improves settling of bore hole cutting and gives clear fluid for reuse.
